Job Summary
- Seeking a detail-oriented Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT systems
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background and experience in systems architecture, integration, and operations
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and document system designs, configurations, and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, hardware, and software issues
- Collaborate with software engineers, network engineers, and cybersecurity teams
- Ensure systems comply with organizational standards and security requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Experience with standard development process, issue tracking, and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Gitlab)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and systems engineering processes, requirements management and prioritization
- Experience with implementing Agile processes in Jira using Boards, Dashboards, and Plans
- Experience with managing technical engineering documentation: design documents, system and dataflow diagrams, requirements, test procedures, etc.
- Experience with security and compliance certification process and required artifacts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience with systems monitoring and sustainment processes
- AWS cloud services experience
- Language analysis / linguist mission experience
- Experience with 508 accessibility compliance
Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The pay range for this role is:90,000 - 125,000 USD per year(NBP)
