What You'll Be Doing:
- Inventory Control & Logistics: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient organization, accessibility of materials, and accurate inventory tracking. Maintain optimal stock levels by placing timely orders and managing replenishment.
- Material Management & Project Support: Ensure project teams receive accurate materials on time by coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and proactively managing inventory to align with project demands.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency: Develop and implement warehouse procedures that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and workflow, ensuring seamless material handling and storage.
- Shipping & Receiving Oversight: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Manage supplier interactions to ensure timely deliveries.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Implement best practices to minimize risks and ensure warehouse security.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise warehouse staff by providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with field teams and vendors to align warehouse operations with company goals and project deadlines. Provide clear communication on inventory status and logistical planning.
What You'll Need to Be Successful Day One:
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Proven experience as a warehouse/logistics manager or similar role preferably in the construction or electrical contracting industry
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with electrical materials and equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed

Pay Band- Total Cash Compensation (TCC) with hourly + performance pay
- Base pay: $75K-$90K
- Performance Pay: up to 20% of base salary
The pay range for this role is:75,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Annapolis)
