About the Role
The Publisher Development Manager is responsible for driving growth across their portfolio of publishers, with success measured by active merchant connections, conversion rates, and total payouts tracked through the Everflow Marketplace. This role requires a deep understanding of each publisher's business, while also partnering closely with Sales and Customer teams to demonstrate and deliver Everflow's value to both prospective and existing brand partners.
Responsibilities
- Publisher Acquisition: the primary responsibility will be tracking and responding to inbound partner applications. Then screen, vet and complete onboarding and activation for those partners who align with the Everflow marketplace needs.
- Relationship Building: identify stakeholders within target Publisher organizations, and develop business relationships in order to secure publishers interest in joining and growing in our marketplace.
- Process-based: use standardized processes to prioritize, manage and monitor performance. Maintain records of all publisher interactions and agreements using company designated tools.
- Collaborate cross-functional teams, with special focus on (i) leveraging agency relationships to shorten the acquisition effort of new publishers, and (ii) working with sales & CSM to engage new customers and enterprise prospects to excite and recruit publishers. This will ensure you maintain your priorities aligned, while leveraging relationships across the organization to amplify the impact of your work.
- Build and manage all systems required to execute the function. This includes but is not limited to hubspot and internal dashboards.
- Network - Feels comfortable leveraging events and conferences to create new relationships, deepen existing ones, while representing Everflow.
Experience Required
- Affiliate Manager / Marketplace Partner Manager experience in USA market
- Strong analytical background and a solid grasp of affiliate marketplace business
- Familiarity with CRM and data consumption tools
- Partnerships experience
- High proficiency in English
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
