What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning patients in our rehab clinics

Coordinate all front-office operations, including scheduling, registration, and billing support

Verify insurance eligibility, obtain authorizations, and manage pre-certification processes with third-party payers

Collect co-payments and ensure all required forms, consents, and documentation are completed

Support physicians and therapists by preparing patient records, tracking referrals, and ensuring timely communication

Assist with patient intake, rooming, and cleaning as needed to support daily clinic operations
-
Generate statistical reports and assist leadership with data for grants, audits, and compliance
-
Provide outstanding customer service, helping patients navigate their care journey with clarity and compassion
Who You Are

High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level coursework in business or healthcare administration is a plus

2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in patient registration or clinic operations

Familiar with electronic health records (EHR), insurance verification, and front-office workflows
-
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment

Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional service

Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities and navigating payment options with patients

Knowledge of medical terminology and managed care concepts preferred
