Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members across assigned regions, primarily focusing on our EU offices.
- Support performance management cycles, feedback processes, career conversations, and talent reviews
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and manager capability
- Work closely with the People Ops team to ensure policies and practices are compliant and people-first
- Use people data and insights to guide strategic decisions and identify opportunities for team or culture improvement
- Own the strategy and delivery of scalable Learning & Development initiatives across the organisation
- Lead manager development and internal learning programs
- Identify learning needs and recommend solutions, from bite-sized learning to long-term development tracks
- Collaborate with external providers and internal experts to deliver blended learning experiences
- Measure the impact of learning interventions and continuously iterate on program design
- Support development planning as part of performance and progression frameworks
We're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as an HRBP, People Partner or L&D lead in a dynamic, scaling company - primarily with knowledge and experience of EU employment law, particularly German, Spanish, French, and/or Dutch
- Strong grounding in core HR practices—performance management, employee relations, coaching
- Proven track record in designing, delivering, and scaling learning experiences and development programs
- Excellent relationship builder and communicator, with a coaching mindset
- Comfortable working across cultures, time zones and employment contexts (experience in UK/EU/US ideal)
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Ideally fluent/competent in German and/or Spanish
- Bonus: Experience with L&D tools (e.g. LMS platforms, Notion learning hubs, coaching frameworks)
What we offer you:
- Generous annual leave policies aimed at promoting work-life balance.
- Flexibility in working arrangements, offering hybrid or remote work options based on role requirements and location.
- Matching pension schemes and/or 401k.
