About the role
The Manager, Clinical Operations Analytics will lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights that power clinical and operational excellence. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize analytic needs, develop business intelligence solutions, and drive data quality across a variety of complex healthcare datasets. The Manager, Clinical Operations Analytics will design scalable data models, support customer-facing analytics (including SLA tracking and impact reporting), and ensure our data architecture enables self-service and aligns with business objectives. This role is key to transforming data into action that improves outcomes for members, providers, and partners.
What you"ll do
- Define and prioritize analytic needs with operational stakeholders (e.g. clinical delivery, member/provider engagement).
- Develop business intelligence solutions and perform adhoc analyses using a variety of datasets including client medical/pharmacy claims, ADT/HIE, FHIR, our internal care management system (Elevate), and other SaaS tools leveraged by the business (HubSpot, Zoom).
- Support customer-facing analytics and reporting including summarizing Tuesday Health impact, preparing materials for JOCs, and measuring attainment of SLAs.
- Design and build/maintain scalable, well-documented data models with Analytics Engineering that power operational dashboards, customer reporting, and internal analytics.
- Ensure data architecture aligns with business goals and supports self-service analytics across teams.
- Own data quality across key reporting and analytics pipelines, including interrogating data anomalies, surfacing issues proactively, and partnering cross-functionally (e.g. with product, engineering, and clinical/engagement teams) to identify root causes and mitigate downstream reporting impacts — such as those resulting from product changes or evolving data sources.

- Required:
- Strong proficiency with SQL
- Strong proficiency with one or more BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience working in healthcare analytics roles
- Experience leading and managing analytics projects
- Nice-To-Have:
- Proficiency with dbt
- Experience working in a cloud-based data lake / data warehouse environment like Snowflake or Databricks
- Experience working with healthcare datasets (e.g. claims, ADT/HIE)
- Managing SDLC with git
