What You’ll Do
-
Provide ongoing support and optimization for cardiology applications such as Change Healthcare CPACS, GE Muse, and IBM Merge
-
Serve as a key liaison between clinical users, technical teams, and third-party vendors
-
Participate in implementation, testing, upgrades, and training for assigned systems
-
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution efforts

Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to enhance functionality and user experience

Maintain documentation, ensure data integrity, and support system security and compliance
-
Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancement planning

Collaborate across departments to support high-quality patient care and clinical operations
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years supporting healthcare applications, preferably within Cardiology
-
Experience with Change Healthcare CPACS, GE Muse, or IBM Merge strongly preferred
-
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing priorities

Comfortable working across clinical and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
