Position Summary
- Reviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation and enters the deficiencies within the electronic deficiency system.
Primary Position Responsibilities
Analyzes medical records based upon NJDOH and Joint Commission standards.
Flags all deficiencies and enters into the electronic deficiency system.
Assists medical/clinical staff in completion of their deficiencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred:
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):
- Required:
- 2 years of office experience
- Preferred:
- 2 years of medical office/hospital experience
License, Registry or Certification:
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
- Required:
- Able to work with staff on all levels
