Job Description:

Supervise back-of-house operations and ensure smooth execution of service.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation across all menu items.
Lead the kitchen team by example, training and coaching staff on recipes, techniques, and kitchen protocols.
Support the General Manager in managing food and labor costs by monitoring prep levels, portion control, and waste.
Manage inventory, receive orders, and ensure proper storage and labeling of all ingredients.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.
Collaborate with the General Manager to improve kitchen workflow, address performance issues, and develop new menu ideas.
Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly.
