We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Planner to join our team and support the smooth execution of our planning processes within SAP S/4HANA and trade compliance topics.
Tasks
- Supports the set-up of a S&OP Process and the end-to-end tactical plan and whilst balancing supply, inventory, and sales and operations planning functions for the entire organization within SAP S4 Hana
- Assist in the preparation and updating of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels of semi-finished goods and finished goods to ensure production continuity and keep it on the agreed target
- Collaborate with other departments to track progress and resolve planning issues
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes and efficiency
- Support compliance with international trade regulations, including customs, export controls, and documentation requirements
- Ensure proper classification of materials and products under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)
- Stay updated on global trade compliance changes and help implement adjustments as needed
Requirements
- Basic understanding of production planning, trade compliance, international shipping, and customs procedures is a plus
- Knowledge in MS Office and SAP
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for international coordination and trade documentation
