Job Summary:
Works under the direction of the department manager, performs interpretive, patient care, and technical functions to insure proper radiologic diagnosis of patients.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required. Must be currently enrolled in an approved Radiologic two-year program.
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
Must pass certification exam or obtain license within three years or three attempts.

None
Language/Communication Skills:
English required. Multilingual capabilities enhance the ability to perform this job. Must have the ability to speak effectively and professionally to all staff, management, and all outside individuals at all levels from elementary to professional.
Reasoning Ability:
Must have the ability to apply non-judgmental reasoning capabilities whenever necessary when dealing with patients, visitors, and staff. Critical thinking and multitasking skills are a must. Must have reasonable reflective thinking focused on deciding what to believe or do. Must possess purposeful, self-regulatory judgment which results in interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference, as well as explanation of the evidential, conceptual, methodological, criteriological, or contextual considerations upon which that judgment is based.
