About Boston Legacy FC
Boston Legacy FC (the “Club”) is Boston's new professional women's soccer team, set to begin play in the National Women's Soccer League in 2026. We are dedicated to building a championship-caliber organization on and off the pitch. We are passionate about advancing women's sports, investing in our local community, and redefining the future of professional soccer. As a startup club with a big vision, we're building from the ground up—and looking for entrepreneurial team members who want to be part of something extraordinary.
Boston Legacy FC is building a new kind of club—one rooted in culture, community, and the belief that women's sports should take up more space. We're looking for a project coordinator with a creative mindset and a deep understanding of how things move across content, design, and social.
This role is equal parts logistics and creative support. You'll work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to help keep projects moving, assets organized, and timelines intact. From day-to-day content workflows to larger brand and campaign initiatives, you'll play a key role in building something that's thoughtful, on-brand, and genuinely impactful.
We're building the club on and off the pitch. That means every piece of content, every design decision, every social post helps shape what Boston Legacy FC stands for. If you"re organized, creatively curious, and ready to be part of something new, this is a chance to get in early and make your mark.
Key Responsibilities

- Help manage creative output—tracking deliverables, flagging blockers, and keeping everything aligned
- Keep our content calendar organized and moving
- Support content production—coordinating shoot schedules, organizing files, handling logistics
- Assist with social rollouts and community engagement initiatives
- Write and maintain creative briefs, recaps, and internal documentation
- Serve as a go-to contact for designers, freelancers, content partners, and internal stakeholders
- Bring cultural awareness and energy to everything you touch—especially across sports, design, and social media
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in creative project coordination, brand marketing, or content production
- Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail
- Ability to manage across multiple stakeholders and keep things moving
- Passion for women's sports and excitement about building something from the ground up
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools and comfort with creative workflows
- Experience with content production, campaign rollouts, or social publishing
