PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Enterprise Manager, Clinician Sourcing, will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sourcers who source clinician candidates ideal for direct employment or acquisition. Across the enterprise, this position will manage the outbound presentation of the Pediatric Associates Family of Companies to our clinician community and manage the medical resident outreach program and national events. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting highly skilled clinicians to our organization. The Manager of Clinician Sourcing’s expertise in sourcing strategies, team management, and event planning will help us build a robust and talented physician network.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads and manages a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support. Set team goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity. Promotes a positive work culture, encourages collaboration, and fosters a congenial environment. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier physicians across various specialties. Utilizes various sourcing channels, such as online platforms, social media, targeted email campaigns, job boards, etc., to identify and engage with potential candidates. Leverage networking and partnerships to establish relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and professional organizations to enhance the candidate pipeline. Generates leads of prospective acquisition targets in identified key markets. Oversees the medical resident outreach program to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with medical residents nationwide. Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and engagement with residencies. Collaborates with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials to promote the organization's opportunities to medical residents. Plans, coordinates, and executes national events, such as career fairs, conferences, and seminars, to attract physicians to our organization. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful event planning and execution. Represents the organization at national events and conferences, building relationships with physicians and residency program directors. Monitors and tracks top-of-the-funnel metrics, such as the number of resumes received, candidate engagement, and conversion rates, to identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations to enhance the sourcing and recruitment process.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Related experience will be commensurate with education.
EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 5 years of clinician recruitment sourcing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to plan and successfully execute large-scale events or engagement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as CRM, ATS, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity).
- Ability to travel up to 15%, including evenings and weekends for events.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare workforce landscape and physician/APP recruitment dynamics.
- Experience working with residency and fellowship programs.
- Passion for connecting clinicians with mission-driven opportunities.
- Creative thinker with a data-informed approach to problem solving.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

- Full time remote, U.S. based.
- Involves frequent video conference calls with team.
- 10-15% Travel will be required.
