Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring full-time Assistant Managers at our quick-service location inside Renton's Gene Coulon Park (1201 Lake Washington Boulevard North). The pay for this position will include an hourly wage between $27.00 and $30.00 and a potential monthly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.
These Assistants will work with the rest of the management team to oversee operations, hire and train staff, maintain Ivar's standards, and ensure unit profitability.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience (quick-service preferred), an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and flexible availability. Those who perform well and demonstrate a desire to take on additional responsibility will be considered for pay raises and a promotion to General Manager.
