Summary: Work with Assemblies, Fabricate Extrusions, Build/Assemble Hollow Metal Door Orders. Complete customization & completion of hollow metal doors according to work order & product templates pulling material, welding parts together, using power tools such as jigsaw, grinder, drills, etc. Install door modifications as necessary.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Check shelf levels daily.
- Work diligently to have materials prepped/ready to go.
- Build Assemblies as needed to meet customer demand.
- Use CNC & manual machines to fabricate extrusions.
- Build crates for door packages, hollow metal door, TDA & special projects.
- Transfer completed assemblies to the warehouse for stock.
- Work with shipping to get packages out in a timely manner.
- Fabricate Hollow Metal Doors for orders & prep.
- Verify & shelve materials daily.
- Keep work area clean.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels with physical counts.
- Adjust inventory as needed with item journals & assembly BOMs.
- Make sure that all orders go same day when possible. Customer service is our priority.

- Experience with a variety of hand tools, power tools, grinders, cutting tools such as saws & routers.
- Experience using a MIG welding machine.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing up & working on your feet.
Must be able to lift up to 75+ pounds at times.
