JOB SUMMARY:

Nation's Infusion at Home is seeking a full-time, experienced Infusion Pharmacist for our office in Owings Mills, but part-time availability will be considered for candidates with both Maryland and DC licenses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- PharmD required from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Experience working in a Home Infusion pharmacy setting strongly preferred
- Experience and strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy.
- Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Knowledge of Performance Improvement Principles and Practices.
- Active Maryland license granted by the State Board of Pharmacy
- Preferred: active DC and/or Virginia Pharmacist licenses
- At least 1 year of experience in sterile IV admixture procedures in Home Infusion
$56 to $73 per hour dependent on experience
