About the role
Compensation: $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Reports to: Sales Development Manager
Location: McKinney, TX, In-office position
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads and qualifying new prospects, fueling our sales growth. This is an amazing opportunity to sharpen your sales skills and make a real impact. We're looking for someone with a history of top performance and a knack for going above and beyond.
What you"ll do
- Become a product expert across our suite of products and understand our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Focusing on new business acquisition, identify and initiate contact with prospects to discover and qualify new business opportunities within our target audience using proactive prospecting methodologies.
- Create strategic and personalized messaging tailored to our target audience to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.
- Utilize Salesloft, our sales enablement tool, to drive consistent and effective prospecting activities, ensuring robust pipeline management and regular Salesforce updates.
- Develop a revenue-generating pipeline of sales-qualified product demonstrations for our sales team.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate to create and improve sales cadences and messaging that increase conversions and short-term business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed quota.
Qualifications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team-based environment.
Previous experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS, with success in meeting sales quotas.
Proficient in pre-call planning, call control, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a competitive spirit.
