About the role
- responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products, ensuring accurate inventory management, and contributing to efficient order fulfillment.

What you"ll do
- Returns Processing:
- Receive and unpack returned merchandise.
- Inspect items for damage or wear and determine appropriate disposition (restock, refurbish, or discard).
- Accurately document return reasons and update inventory systems accordingly.
- Coordinate with customer service for any discrepancies or issues related to returns.

Inventory Management:
- Update inventory records to reflect returned items.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
General Warehouse Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including order fulfillment and shipping preparations.
