We’re looking for a skilled and grounded LAC/ LSW clinician to join our compassionate outpatient team in Lakewood, NJ, providing counseling services to adults in a comfortable office environment.
Positions available for full-time or fee-for-service.
Responsibilities
- Carry 25-30 client caseload
- Utilize evidence-based counseling practices
- Maintain client records in EHR per licensing requirements
- Participate in clinical and staff meetings
- Supervision available for full-time clinicians
Competencies
- Familiarity with EHR systems, Microsoft Outlook suite
- Self-starter, excellent communication skills, team player
- Preference given to individuals able to offer in-home counseling to seniors - mileage reimbursed
- Preference given to bilingual (Spanish) clinicians
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or another recognized mental health discipline
- Licensure: NJ licensure as LSW, LAC
- Experience: Working with adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs
