As a Strategic Key Account Executive – Agency, you’ll play a critical role in deepening our partnerships with leading advertising agencies across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll help agencies deliver compelling content to their clients by offering innovative solutions — from custom productions and generative AI to editorial, stock, and integrations.
This is a role for a strategic, driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering value, and creating long-term revenue growth in a highly competitive, fast-paced market.
Your Next Challenge:
- Drive growth within assigned agency accounts by identifying new opportunities, expanding into additional departments, and increasing share of wallet.
- Strategically manage a diverse book of business across creative, experiential, and integrated agency teams.
- Build and maintain a pipeline that balances immediate revenue wins with long-term opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across agency networks, including creative directors, producers, strategists, buyers and creatives.
- Conduct a consistent cadence of high-impact discovery calls and solution-driven meetings — aiming for 25+ client meetings per month.
- Deliver in-person engagements throughout the year to deepen strategic ties and unlock higher-value opportunities.
- Master Getty Images’ full portfolio — including premium stock assets, editorial content, custom creative, and cutting-edge generative AI tools.
- Tailor solutions to each agency’s unique client needs and campaign demands across sectors like retail, tech, healthcare, and finance.
- Lead effective pricing and negotiation conversations, balancing value with agency budget realities.
- Use Salesforce to manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including forecasting, meeting notes, opportunity progression, and planning.
- Consistently maintain a forecast within ±10% accuracy and deliver timely, detailed sales plans and reports.
- Stay accountable to CRM activity goals and pipeline development metrics.
- Collaborate across teams — from legal and marketing to product and creative — to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Stay on top of trends in the agency world, including shifts in content strategy, procurement models, and production methods.
- Mentor peers by sharing insights, best practices, and embodying a high-performance mindset.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling content, media, SaaS, or digital solutions to advertising agencies in the U.S. or Canada.
- Deep understanding of the North American agency landscape — including holding companies, independents, and specialty shops.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong command of Salesforce and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — in-person and remote.

Sales roles at Getty Images are compensated based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: qualifications, skill level, demonstrated expertise, certification, business requirements, requirements for the position, geographic location, and level of responsibility relative to the position requirements. Given these factors and others, the starting base pay range for this position can be quite broad, typically from $91,200 – $136,800 The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future.
