Innophos is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Reporting and Treasury manager to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a CPA with public accounting experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to play a strategic role in financial reporting, treasury operations and compliance. The position will be responsible for overseeing all external financial reporting requirements, technical accounting, managing cash flow forecasting and daily cash operations, and supporting various corporate finance initiatives.
This role offers a hybrid schedule consisting of working three days on-site in the Cranbury, NJ office and two days remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting
- Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Own technical accounting research, implementation of new standards, and evaluation of appropriate accounting treatment for unusual/infrequent transactions
- Manage accounting for several general ledger areas, including external debt and leases under ASC 842
- Ensure proper maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting
- Prepare the monthly management cash flow statement
- Manage the external audit process including coordination, documentation requests and issue resolution
- Support consolidation process, ensuring reconciliation of all intercompany transactions
- Treasury Management
- Manage daily cash operations, liquidity planning, and short-term borrowing or investing activities
- Maintain relationships with banking partners
- Forecast and analyze cash flows to ensure optimal working capital levels
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- CPA designation required
- Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience in a multinational company environment a strong asset

- Excellent PC skills to include good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently, efficiently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks
