We are looking for a hard-working, team oriented, customer service Superstar to join our Hospitality family! Located at the waterside in the beautiful Liberty Station area, our Homewood Suites is offering one of the best breakfasts in the county and we are looking for someone excited to be part of that endeavor. We offer breakfast 365 days a year with shifts starting as early as 5AM, so open availability is a must. The ideal candidate will be ready to work hard in the mornings and take on all food and beverage tasks like cooking, bussing and dishwashing.

- Clear tables, wipe spills, and keep public areas clean and inviting.

- Breakdown and clean the service area, return reusable food items to storage, and sanitize counters, floors, equipment, and utensils per hotel and CAL/OSHA standards.
- Respond quickly and kindly to guest requests, questions, or concerns.
What You Bring:
- Friendly, upbeat attitude and guest-first mindset.
- Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (California Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and understand written safety materials (training materials available in additional languages as needed).
- Team spirit—you're always ready to jump in and help your teammates when needed.
Shifts & Schedule:
- We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Flexibility is key—we may occasionally need to adjust your schedule based on business needs or weather conditions.
- Weekly hours may vary; some weeks may be under 40 hours, others may exceed 40 hours depending on occupancy.
Physical Requirements
To thrive in this role, you'll need to:
- Be on your feet—standing and walking—for most of your shift.
- Frequently use your hands for serving, cleaning, and equipment use.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Bend, stretch, reach, kneel, and twist throughout the shift.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
