Job Summary:
We are hiring a Director of Marketing to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our Executive Health Center. This individual will be responsible for building and elevating the brand, leading digital marketing efforts, overseeing the creation of a new website, and ensuring that our messaging aligns with the premium, high-touch nature of our care model.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance high-level branding with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business goals — from brand awareness and clinic bookings to patient education and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for Medici’s Executive Health CenterBuild a strong, differentiated brand that reflects our values, services, and target audience
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, voice, and messaging across all platforms
- Lead the development and launch of a new company website that clearly communicates our services and value proposition
- Oversee SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and paid social advertising across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to drive traffic, brand awareness, and patient conversion
- Develop marketing collateral, landing pages, and email campaigns as needed
- Build and execute a social media strategy tailored to an executive, health-conscious audience
- Partner with leadership and physicians to translate complex services into clear, engaging content
- Manage copywriting and creative direction for campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business priorities
- Identify and develop external partnerships (PR, brand ambassadors, local organizations) to expand reach
- Support events, campaigns, or initiatives that position the center as a premier destination for proactive health
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or luxury services
- Experience leading brand development and building marketing programs from the ground up
- Strong digital marketing skills, including website strategy, paid ads, and social content
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing with broader business goals
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bonus: Experience in marketing to executive or high-net-worth clientele
