As a Manager at Nifty Fifty’s, you will be required to run the daily functions of the restaurant. This includes completing daily, weekly, and monthly inventories. You will also be required to maintain the daily and weekly schedule. Resolving customer issues is an essential piece to operating a shift. Prepare foods for the As a Shift Manager, you assist with the overall experience of our guest. You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Nifty’s family!
This position is available at our Warminster location and the upcoming Fairless Hills location.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Model superior guest service skills for staff to follow.
- Train staff to uphold the Nifty Fifty's brand standards to provide guests with a great experience.
- Evaluate and measure staff growth within the company.
- Enforce company policy and standards
- Set weekly, monthly, and yearly goals for your location.
- Monitor bottom line, payroll, and overhead costs to provide a profitable establishment
- Build guest loyalty to ensure guest continue to return.
- Interview and hire friendly employees to create a positive work environment for employees and dining environment for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness appearance of both the restaurant and equipment.
- Maintain a program for sound employee relations and safety of all employees.
- Sets goals to improve quality, productivity, motivations, customer satisfaction and morale
- Other additional tasks that may be asked of you
