About the role
DESRI seeks an individual with an excellent record of academic and professional achievement to join its Human Capital team as a recruiter. This role offers the opportunity to help drive operational excellence, lead and manage sourcing efforts, and develop and maintain DESRI's innovative recruiting strategy. This person will play a key role in our overall recruiting process and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on DESRI's growth and success in a dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
What you"ll do
You'll play a critical role in leading and driving all aspects of DESRI's recruiting process, including collaborating closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs. You'll develop strategic recruitment plans, including putting together job specs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and monitoring a high volume of candidate interviews to help facilitate offer acceptances. You'll also proactively develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, propose and implement process improvements, and maintain clear data and documentation in our recruiting and Human Capital systems. You'll partner with colleagues to manage ad-hoc recruiting projects and our overall recruiting process. You'll also have the chance to contribute to our campus recruiting program, participate in intern and campus events, help use data to inform future recruiting decisions, and contribute to DESRI's diversity initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and three or more years of recruiting experience are required.
- We seek candidates with a demonstrated understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities while driving results, multitasking, and solving problems.
- Keen attention to detail, proven follow-through skills, well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units are all a plus.

- The expected annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, paid time off, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
