Why We Are Hiring for This Role:
Our Field Technician is on the frontline of bringing our robots into the real world. You'll ensure each robot is installed, tested, supported, and performing as expected at customer sites. You'll also be key in collecting feedback to improve product reliability and user experience

- You'll operate, install, test, troubleshoot and maintain our robots in a live factory environment
- The role is essential to capturing performance data and user feedback
- You"ll bridge the gap between engineering and the customer by spotting real-world issues early.

What Kind of Person We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of field service or technical support experience, ideally with robotics or automation equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Technically competent with diagnostic tools, software interfaces, and command-line environments.
- Comfortable working at customer sites with professionalism and adaptability.
- Bonus if familiar with Linux, ROS, or robotics simulation tools. Independent, communicative, and calm under pressure.
