Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Clerk to join our staff in our Rheumatology Clinic. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the department: CMH Rheumatology and Osteoporosis Center, our board-certified physicians and qualified staff are here to administer care for a variety of illnesses and diseases. We treat arthritis, rheumatism, autoimmune diseases, low back pain and osteoporosis.
A typical day includes: Answering the telephone and routing to the appropriate person.
- Scheduling patient appointments, keeping the reception area neat and clean.
- Obtaining Universal Consent.
- Updating patient insurance and demographic information, collecting clinic copays, and drafting letters for patients.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Preferred healthcare or office clerical experience
- Skills:Customer Service and medical terminology
- Licensure/Certification:N/A
- Physical: ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
