1 year experience working as a nurse
Required License/Certifications:
· NJ LPN license required
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
· Previous experience in Nursing
· Ability to multitask, can work in a fast paced clinical environment, can engage patients, peers, and supervisors in a dedicated, comforting, respectful and effective way and has the ability to adapt to change.
Essential Functions:
· Interview patients, record medical history and confirm purpose of visit
· Secure patient information and maintain patient confidences by completing and safeguarding medical records
· Educate and explain procedures to patients
· Obtain and document patient vitals and conditions
· Maintain inventory of medical supplies, educational materials, pharmaceutical supplies and samples
· Other office and clinical responsibilities, assigned by supervisor or Physician, as deemed necessary
