Position Summary
- This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the department and Corporate Director of Public Relations and Marketing. This position will also be responsible for specific departmental functions to support the overall efficiency in the department.
Primary Position Responsibilities
Physician Management - this entails making sure we receive a data information sheet with insurance for all new providers for our referral service and a biography and photograph taken to be uploaded to our website.
Help to manage registration for events.
Prepare payment requests and purchase orders for marketing and public relations, in addition to supporting other departments that order through us, but do not have the capability of paying. Solve problem invoices. This will also entail tracking and logging invoices into our billing management system.
Writing, editing, and proofreading press releases, brochures, flyers and letters.
Assist with event planning and representing Hunterdon Healthcare at functions when needed.
Maintain our media clipping books, which are all the articles we publish and print advertisements.
Answer phones/greet visitors and assist departments that come into marketing and public relations.
Manages communication for Hunterdon Hooray program.
Qualifications

- Required:
- At least two years experience working in an office, healthcare field is a must. This person should have good organization skills and be able to communicate with all staff and community.
