We're a fast-growing startup looking for a Recruiter who's not just great at filling roles, but passionate about building and improving recruitment process. You'll work closely with hiring managers and clients, manage full-cycle recruiting, and use data and insight (not just instinct) to guide smart, scalable hiring decisions.

What You"ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for 10–15 roles/month across multiple teams Partner with hiring managers to define roles, write job descriptions, and assess candidates Use market data and salary benchmarks to influence hiring strategies
- Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the process
- Evaluate assessments (business cases, technical tasks) and ensure alignment with role level
- Communicate confidently in English with both clients and candidates (additional languages a plus)
- Own sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards) and help us improve them
- Drive process improvements and help build scalable, repeatable hiring practices
- HR Operations Support
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire experience
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, employee spotlights)
- Support collection and analysis of employee feedback (pulse surveys, exit interviews)
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment and employee records
- Liaise with People Ops to ensure smooth handoffs post-hire
- Help refine and document hiring and HR processes for scalability
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in agency or startup settings
- Strong communicator with a track record of managing multiple roles and stakeholders
- Confident using data to inform and influence decisions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to build, fix, and improve
- Fluent in English; extra languages are a bonus
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Tech is a plus
