Now Hiring: Termite Control Technician (Full-Time)
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hr + Overtime
Location: Field-based, in-person
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week

About the Role
Are you hands-on, sales and service oriented, and not afraid to get a little dirty? We’re looking for a dedicated Termite Control Technician to join our growing team of pest control professionals. You’ll be on the front lines protecting homes and families from destructive termite infestations — using cutting-edge tools like electro guns and Heat treatments, precision injections and borates.
If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, meeting incredible people and being outdoors (with a healthy dose of crawling under houses), this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling, meeting people and problem solving
- Complete daily work orders with accuracy and professionalism, bringing the right tools to every job
- Enhancing the customers experience with your light hearted attitude.
- Treat termites using advanced tools and techniques: electro guns, heat, chemical injections, and more
- Communicate clearly with customers about procedures, preparation, and expectations
- Inspect and re-treat infested areas as needed to ensure total elimination
- Maintain accurate paperwork and records each day
- Conduct weekly inspections of your company vehicle and equipment-Truck inspections on Fridays.
- Pass out flyers in surrounding neighborhoods, ask for referrals, and collect email contacts
- Participate in monthly training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols, regulations, and best practices
- Adhere to all company driving and safety policies
What You Bring to the Team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools
- Good organization, time management, and basic math skills
- Willingness to work in tight spaces, hot attics, and occasionally dirty conditions
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to read maps, solve problems on the fly, and represent the company with integrity
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- California Applicator’s License (ideal)
- Completion of Electro-gun certification (can be obtained after hire)
- Clean DMV record
- Physically able to lift 100 lbs, wear a respirator, climb ladders, and work in confined areas
- Must maintain current Continuing Education Units and certifications
