About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler/Planner to lead the planning and scheduling efforts across our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role requires an expert with a strategic mindset, deep knowledge of planning and scheduling best practices, and the ability to coordinate complex production workflows. The ideal candidate is PMI-SP certified, has demonstrated expertise managing large-scale, high-stakes projects, and brings a disciplined approach aligned with AACE Recommended Practices.
What you"ll do
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization and inventory levels.
- Create, update, and manage baseline schedules and project chronologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations, and quality departments to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Conduct delay analysis and impact assessments in accordance with AACE International's RP 29R-03 / 52R-06 standards.
- Manage planning and scheduling for complex manufacturing projects, including make-to-order and make-to-stock product lines.
- Integrate Agile principles where applicable to support continuous improvement, flexibility, and responsiveness in planning.
- Analyze capacity and resource constraints, identify bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and forecasts to executive leadership and project stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on schedule risk management and project controls.

Qualifications
- PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) certification required.
- Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master"s degree a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in project scheduling and planning, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record managing multiple high-value projects for clients
- Proficient in tools like Fulcrum, Xomety, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of AACE International protocols and project delay methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Agile mindset with demonstrated experience implementing Lean or Agile techniques in manufacturing settings.
The pay range for this role is:24 - 36 USD per hour(Anaheim, CA)
