The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the visual identity of Billingsley Company and it's 30+ sub-brands distributed across multifamily, commercial, retail, and industrial portfolios through innovative and captivating design. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to create visually stunning materials that effectively communicate our brand message and showcase the unique features of our high-end spaces and recreational areas.
Responsibilities:
Branding and Visual Identity:
·Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the company across various platforms.
·Create and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency in branding guidelines.
·Email template creation on various software including Emma, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.
Print and Digital Collateral:
·Design eye-catching brochures, flyers, banners, and other print materials and create final print-ready files for in-house printing.
·Create engaging digital content for online marketing campaigns, social media, and the company website.
·Manage and learn hardware, printers, print production, trimming machines, etc.
Property Marketing:
·Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing materials for property listings and promotional campaigns.
·Develop graphics that highlight the unique features of each high-end apartment community and its surrounding spaces.
Signage and Wayfinding:
·Design clear and effective signage for apartment buildings, retail spaces, and recreational areas.
·Contribute to the development of wayfinding systems within our communities.
Photography and Image Editing:
·Work with photographers to capture high-quality images of properties and spaces.
·Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
Collaboration and Communication:
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to understand project requirements.
·Communicate effectively to incorporate feedback and ensure the successful execution of design projects.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor"s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
·Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
·Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft office (including Excel and PowerPoint), and Canva.
·Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with an emphasis on branding and marketing materials.
·Demonstrated ability to take a project from conception to completion.
·Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·Understanding of current design trends and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
