Founded in 1978, North Point Hospitality is a multi-brand hotel development and management company based in Atlanta, GA. Our philosophy centers around developing upscale, brand-defining hotels in prime markets, partnering with industry leaders such as Hilton and Marriott. - Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
- Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes.
- Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash
- Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with
- Meets all in-service requirements, complies with all system policies and procedures
What you should bring to the table:
- High School diploma.
- 1-year experience in hotel front desk desired.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.

- Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
