Job Title: Operations Support Analyst (Hybrid)
Position Summary:
The Operations Support Analyst is responsible for supporting data management, client reporting, processes, and issue resolution, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and management to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data systems.
The successful candidate will have strong computer skills and be highly detail-oriented. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive work environment. Local candidates only—this role requires on-site presence two days per week to print documents, create company ID badges, and manage the coordination of customer badge shipments to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
- Prepare and submit quotes for client requests, via client portals or directly to customer contacts.
- Track project-related expenses and flag potential budget overruns.
- Submit eMOP documentation and other end-of-project paperwork.
- Initiate and follow through on invoice requests and project closeouts.
- Compile reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze operational data.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Produce recurring and ad hoc financial and project activity reports, including:
- Invoicing and billing summaries
- Billable vs. non-billable expense tracking
- Project closeout documentation
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial tasks.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to operational procedures and escalate issues as necessary.
General Responsibilities:
- Promote open communication across departments to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain consistent interaction with staff, leadership, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
