Job Description Summary
The Project Coordinator (Level 1) supports the implementation of turn-key installation and customer support projects, assisting with basic day-to-day administrative tasks, data reconciliation, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA's). This entry-level position involves coordination with internal departments, subcontractors, and direct interface with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support the Project Manager with coordination of product installation and service projects.
- Disperse, collect, and validate documentation for work validation.
- Assist in the scheduling of HydroPoint Product Specialists and Sub-contractors.
- Enter and coordinate parts orders.
- Prepare and maintain basic project status reports.
- Coordinate with Customer Support for field service requests.
- Collect and coordinate pre-sale project data.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a project management related field or similar experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Client-facing and teamwork skills.
