Position Overview
We’re seeking a
Senior Operations Director with the vision, agility, and executional firepower to lead operations in a fast-scaling, tech-enabled environment. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a
disruptor—someone who has built or scaled operational systems in digital health, telemedicine, or other fast-growth sectors, and knows how to drive meaningful, measurable
outcomes.This isn’t about managing day-to-day compliance or drafting SOPs—you’ll
lead the leaders who do. Your focus will be on strategy, growth, scale, and innovation. You'll build the operational backbone that empowers Ways2Well to deliver next-generation care experiences across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight for all telehealth and clinical operations, ensuring alignment with company growth, efficiency, and service delivery
goals.Lead and develop a high-performing operations team responsible for execution, workflows, compliance, and service
excellence.Architect and implement scalable systems and processes that leverage automation, technology, and analytics to streamline care
delivery.Collaborate cross-functionally with executive, clinical, and tech/product teams to launch new programs, optimize platforms, and expand service
lines.Own operational KPIs—developing insights, setting benchmarks, and ensuring sustained performance and
accountability.Lead strategic initiatives related to service expansion, vendor management, and business model
innovation.Act as a change agent—driving transformation, removing barriers, and accelerating execution across multiple
markets
7+ years of senior leadership experience in
operations within a high-growth, technology-enabled healthcare or telemedicine environment.Proven success in scaling services, leading distributed teams, and optimizing multi-site or multi-state
operations.Strong grasp of automation, systems design, and leveraging digital platforms to drive operational
efficiency.Visionary thinking paired with tactical execution—able to move quickly and decisively in a fast-paced
setting.Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
skills.Bachelor’s degree required;
MBA or advanced degree strongly
preferred.
Experience in growth companies, startups, or other fast-paced healthcare
innovators.Deep familiarity with
telehealth platforms, AI-enabled operational tools, or virtual care systems.A track record of launching new care models or expanding high-impact services in emerging healthcare markets.
