Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections of aircraft interior components (seats, galleys, monuments).
- Identify and contain non-conforming commodities/parts to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with BP-1357 requirements and specifications.
- Support the end-item delivery assembly process through product acceptance verification.
- Interpret supplier drawings and engineering requirements accurately.
- Write accurate discrepancy texts and dispositions.
Required Qualifications:
- Understand and demonstrate the ability to compile a final documentation package for conformity, including material traceability, special process certificates of conformance, FAI requirements, process documentation, and inspection records.
- Experience with FAA conformity paperwork such as forms 8110 and 8130
- Ability to trace heat lot of material through multiple distributors, processors and resellers
- Proven experience in aircraft interior inspection (seats, galleys, and monuments repair, removal, and installation).
- Strong understanding of supplier drawings and engineering requirements.
- Ability to write clear and accurate discrepancy texts and dispositions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with BP-1357 requirements and specifications is a plus.

Mileage Compensation ($0.70 per mile driven to and from supplier site)
