POSITION DETAILS
The Warehouse Crew is responsible for receiving and unloading products delivered from suppliers, completing quality inspections, packaging product, and accurately receiving purchase orders in NetSuite. This position holds a high standard when reviewing the product to ensure the quality of every order meets Crow Works’ standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely unload inbound shipments
- Inspect product for quality assurance
- Accurately receive product in ERP system
- Put product in correct inventory bin location
- Correctly identify different varieties of wood, metal, and finishes/coatings
- Follow packaging requirements for products and hardware
- Identify opportunities for workflow and process efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly detail-oriented
- Multi-tasking and organization skills a must
- Forklift experience is preferred
- Experience using warehouse management and/or ERP systems preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
The essential functions of this position frequently require the team member to use hands or fingers to lift, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. This position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protectors and work boots.
