Role Summary
You will serve as the go-to onsite partner for a key customer, embedding deeply with their day-to-day operations. This role blends analytical prowess, technical fluency, and relationship-building to deliver exceptional service, solve problems with data, and identify opportunities for account growth. You'll be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on executor—ensuring insights are delivered, systems run smoothly, and customer goals are consistently exceeded.
This position is based in Nashville, TN.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an onsite liaison for daily customer needs, managing both reactive support and proactive growth strategies.
- Create and maintain insightful dashboards and reports that highlight trends, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams and customer stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improvements.
- Provide analytical insights and support to drive strategic decision-making for both the customer and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the internal team to develop and deliver business reviews and strategic documents
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot data ingestion errors, partnering with internal data and account teams as needed
- Evaluate KPIs, monitor business progress, and develop action plans for optimization.
- Advocate for customer interests internally and coordinate cross-functional efforts across operations, tech, and finance teams.
- Support administrative functions such as portal updates and documentation management.
- Identify and drive account expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales team
- Train and coach users on data platforms and self-service tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Economics).
- 3–5 years of experience in a hybrid role such as Business Analysis, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Proficiency in data tools and languages (SQL, Tableau, Power BI; Python a plus).
- Strong communication skills—able to interface with executives and technical teams alike.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and adept at self-directed problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delighting customers with tech-driven solutions.
