About the Role
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for executing the Sales Strategy through seeking and generating new business. Undertaking outbound business development activities, and managing existing relationships, the Partnerships Manager will help CareChoice to increase our impact and reach more referrers and clients.
The Partnerships Manager will work within a close-knit and energetic team that includes colleagues in intake and client engagement. The role reports directly to the Head of Business Partnerships.
A day in the life as a Partnerships Manager with CareChoice, some of your key tasks include:
- Executing the Growth Strategy for CareChoice through seeking and generating new business across the NDIS, TAC and WorkSafe.
- High level understanding of quality care and confidence to promote CareChoice's key points of difference
- Building new relationships through involvement in networking meetings, expos and events.
- Driving activity with a focus on developing new referrers & creating repeat referrer relationships eg. Hospitals, Rehabilitation, Associations, Allied Health, Support Coordinators.
- Identifying and creating leads and converting these to intake opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for further growth and innovative approaches to growth/business development.
- Keep business development data up to date and accurate in our CRM system (Salesforce/Lumary).
- Relationship Management of existing referrers.
- Managing sales pipeline data and reporting.
About you
The successful candidate will have a pro-active attitude, a high degree of initiative and a strong desire to achieve outstanding results for our clients and company. You'll be driven to perform the role with the highest level of professionalism and integrity; with the view of always representing the organisation in a positive and professional manner. You will enjoy working within a collaborative team and be flexible and adaptable.
Ideally, you"ll have:
- Good understanding of the Victorian disability sector, including NDIS Supports and SDA Housing
- A background in Disability, Nursing, mental health or related field
- 1+ years' experience in a sales, business development or similar role
- Established network of contacts within the sector
- Proven track record in meeting growth targets
- Exceptional drive for business growth
- Ability to identify opportunities, both small and large scale
- Strong ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plan
- High level computer ‘literacy' & organisation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is highly desirable

Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid and current Victorian Driver"s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
