About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Life & Health Insurance Agent to join our inside sales team as a full-time hourly employee. In this role, you will leverage your passion for helping others by providing tailored insurance solutions to individuals and families. You will be part of a dynamic team that values expertise, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the field are encouraged to apply and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding insurance products and services.
What You"ll Do
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique life and health insurance needs.
- Educate clients about available insurance products and explain their features, benefits, and costs.
- Develop and customize insurance plans that align with clients' goals and financial situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during the entire sales process and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Follow up on leads through phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and organized manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products to ensure expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by the company.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the Inside Sales department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Life & Health Insurance Agent or in a related sales role.
- Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- High degree of professionalism and ethical conduct in dealing with sensitive client information.
