Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated EPIC Dorothy (Home Health / Hospice) Analyst to support the configuration, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the EPIC Dorothy module. The analyst will work closely with clinical and technical teams to ensure the system effectively supports complex care coordination workflows, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design, build, testing, and maintenance of EPIC Dorothy module components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current workflows and suggest system enhancements.
• Provide support for issue resolution, documentation, and user training.
• Participate in upgrades, optimization initiatives, and go-live events.
• Ensure system compliance with security, privacy, and healthcare regulations.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, information systems, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, or imaging sciences preferred.
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience in healthcare operations required, preferably in home care nursing or informatics.
Licensure/Certification:
• Ability to obtain EPIC Dorothy certification within 90 days of hire.
