Toddler Teacher - What You'll Do
- Create a warm, structured environment for toddlers (15 months to 2.9 years) in a licensed early education center
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, language, and motor development
- Encourage emerging independence through self-help routines like feeding, toileting, and dressing
- Foster positive behavior and emotional regulation through modeling, redirection, and play-based learning
- Partner with families to share developmental updates and celebrate milestones
What We're Looking For
- EEC Infant Toddler Teacher Certification (Required)
- Experience working in toddler classrooms within licensed child care or preschool programs
- Understanding of toddler behavior, routines, and development
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 3 months
- Positive, playful attitude and a genuine love for toddlers
