The Findlay Group (WFL, FFCL, FFCAP) is a long-standing family owned and operated business. The Findlay Group is values-driven, fast-growing and international, with manufacturing plants in three countries. In addition to being the local plant bread bakery in Gisborne (NZ) and Line-hauling products to the Wairarapa
(NZ), the Group has Bread Crumb and Powder Blending Plants in Dunedin, Melbourne (VIC) and Bathurst NSW. The largest plant in the Group is based in Idaho USA and blends Batter Powders specifically for French Fries. The Group is fully supported by our Technical Facilities based in Auckland NZ and the USA.

About the role
Production Operators
Monday to Thursday (night and day, 12hrs shift)
We offer training for our advanced machinery. No prior experience required. Applicants will need to measure and mix ingredients and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions
Essential Criteria to Fill this Role:
-Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical
-Be competent with simple math
-Work well within a team environment
-Adhere to the company's Vision and Mission Values (Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & Community)
-Be prompt and reliable
-Enthusiastic & energetic about the role
-Hold a current LF Forklift license
-Adhere to company Health & Safety programs and policies
Desirable Requirements:
An HR truck license
A background in Health & Safety.
Basic computer skills and knowledge.
