Regional Manager – Scooters Coffee
Location: Chester, IL & Carbondale, IL

Compensation: Competitive Base Wages + performance-based bonus + benefits

Position Summary:
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance across multiple locations, ensuring consistent operations, high customer satisfaction, and strong financial results. This hands-on leadership role will focus on training, employee development, operational execution, and driving revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight for all locations in the region.
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and payroll to stay within labor hour targets (~450 hours/week).
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate assistant managers and team leads.
- Ensure high standards of product quality, customer service, and speed of service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, costs, and key operational metrics.
- Lead initiatives to increase sales and profitability while maintaining a strong team culture.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment and supply readiness.
- Serve as the communication link between store teams and ownership.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in the food, beverage, or quick-service industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage labor, drive results, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with P&L management, staff development, and operational procedures.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and travel between locations as needed.
