What you"ll do
As the Marketing Director will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the company's marketing function, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing brand equity, and ensuring a unified customer experience across all channels. This role requires a strong command of SEO, social media, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and a proven record of successfully leading multi-channel marketing initiatives. This individual will help shape and communicate our brand"s voice while delivering measurable results in a regulated, high-impact environment.
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business growth and brand visibility
- Lead cross functional marketing initiatives, aligning campaigns with business goals and compliance standards
- Lead end to end strategy and execution for launching new products or platforms, including market research, competitive positioning, and promotional rollout
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
- Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs as needed
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned with strategic priorities and delivers ROI
- Interpret P&L statements to inform decision making and adjust campaign strategies to optimize spend effectiveness
- Define and track marketing KPIs including reach, frequency, engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Develop reporting frameworks to communicate marketing performance to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on data insights to ensure marketing goals are met or exceeded
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Oversee content creation, audience engagement, and performance metrics for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
- Integrate AI tools to optimize marketing efforts, including campaign automation data analysis, and personalization
- Stay at the forefront of AI marketing trends to improve ROI and customer insights
- Implement and manage CRM systems to enhance lead generation, conversion, and customer retention strategies
- Use analytics to track performance and improve customer engagement
Who Are You
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7 years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, SEO, brand strategy, and AI powered marketing tools is a plus
- Strong background in social media marketing and content driven growth campaigns
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills
