Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Cincinnati, Ohio or Englewood, Colorado facility.
We are seeking a Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various Propulsion Engineering roles within Beehive Industries Propulsion Division.
Responsibilities:
- Sources qualified candidates through various networking channels through-out social media
- Works as a reliable partner for Hiring Managers, proactively reaches out to provide weekly updates and feedback
- Builds a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
- Manages candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
- Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic/fast paced in-house recruitment role recruiting for growing organizations
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience in recruitment for Propulsion Engineering roles within the aviation and aerospace industry.
- A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
- Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent
- Source and engage passive candidates through alternative search tech
- Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent
- Build a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles within our Propulsion division
- Proactive approach and thinking outside the box
- Ability to work independently
- Recruitment agency experience preferred, but not required
