Position Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration, workflow automation, and troubleshooting within ServiceNow. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensure platform stability, and support business operations. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance or TS/SCI.
Certified Implementation Specialist certification required.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, configuration, upgrades, and security settings.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps based on business requirements.
- Develop and manage Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts to streamline processes.
- Perform system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis to ensure platform stability.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and patching, including regression testing and validation.
- Assist in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Servers.
- Enforce best practices and governance for ServiceNow development and administration.
- Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT teams, process owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and improve workflows.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and features, recommending enhancements where applicable.
