SpyGlass is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to spearhead technology solution and service sales efforts and drive substantial recurring revenue growth. This is a unique sales opportunity with minimal prospecting, allowing you to dedicate your energy to cultivating relationships and achieving impactful results with a robust pipeline of engaged clients.

Play a pivotal role in shaping SpyGlass’ success while positioning yourself as a leader in the technology solutions space. You’ll collaborate with current SpyGlass clients to identify opportunities that drive recurring revenue while delivering tailored technology solutions that enhance efficiency and satisfaction. SpyGlass already has relationships with master agents and directly with service providers and your key responsibilities will include managing technology solution sales initiatives, overseeing seamless client implementations, and nurturing these strategic relationships to optimize recurring revenue growth. With a steady pipeline of active and past clients, you’ll be well positioned to consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Success will depend on your ability to work effectively across SpyGlass teams and leverage the strategic partnerships with our industry partners.

Overall Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement

o Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement technology solution sales opportunities

o Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving technology needs

- Technology Solutions

o Analyze client technology needs to recommend upgrades, replacements, consolidations, competitive pricing, emerging technologies, and optimal vendor selections

o Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to bring innovative solutions to clients

- Sales Excellence

o Maintain activities, client interactions, and overall pipeline visibility in our HubSpot CRM

o Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure technology solutions and service agreements

o Collaborate with leadership to exceed goals & contribute to SpyGlass’ growth strategy

o Make financially responsible business decisions

Production Expectations:

o Lead technology solution sales opportunities across all stages of the SpyGlass client lifecycle

o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals established by management

Requirements:

o 7+ years of proven expertise in telecom, networking, and wireless technologies

o Demonstrated expertise in vendor negotiation, account consolidation, and technology upgrades

o Established relationships with carriers, Master Agents, and technology vendors

o Proven ability to manage high-volume projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

o Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and engage with clients

o Comfortable leading and managing virtual meetings

o Works well independently and in a team environment

o Can make decisions autonomously

o Motivated by attaining quantifiable company revenue goals

The compensation structure for this position will include salary, performance based-commissions/bonus, and benefits (including health, dental, life, 401(k) with company contribution, and paid vacation).
